1.These three machines are AMADA CNC bending machines. These machines are equiped with two axes that can complete some workpieces which other domestic models can’t pass. The X axis is used to control the press angle, Y axis is used to control the siize. In 2016, we bought a new bending machine. The first three one are equiped with two axes (x y axes), this one is upgraded by 9 axes. It can bend whatever you want. Only unexpected products, no impossible products.
2.It is applied to multi-angle bending or circular-arc bending. Its customized 4 sets of knifing tools can bend almost any component as requested. In this way, it avoids the errors caused by the common failings such as non-straight angle or oversize R angle.
3.The processing range is 3m * 100 tons of pressure. The precision is plus or minus 0.01mm.
