On 28th,February,2018,our factory has finished the Upgrade of the third Electrostatic Powder Coating Line,which is with 500 meters.It is imported from Germany,configuration with Switzerland GERM automatic Gun.The line speed can be adjusted according to different kinds of powder,so as to control the powder coating time, and ensure all kinds of powder have good finish effect. By using constant temperature drying equipment, we can make sure the powder coating color of different batches are more stable.
There are 9-station pretreatment for this powder spraying line (Pre-degreasing-Degreasing-Degrease pickling-Washing-Surface adjustment-Phosphating1-Phosphating 2-Washing-Pure water washing). Through these processes, a layer of fine zinc phosphating film will be formed on the product surface. It is helpful for powder adsorption and plasticizing forming. At the same time, such processing make steel plate cleaner , the spray will not drop and will be quite strong.
The advantage of Switzerland GEMA automatic spray gun: better electrostatic absorption , high rate of powder coating, saving cost, and good powder spraying effect. Besides, its process is also clean, environmentally friendly, and does no harm to workers’ health.
